Not knowing a lot about aircraft, I looked up the J-016 on the side.
It came up as a Fokker F-16 Fighting Falcon.

Kit built, assembled in the Netherlands.

Actually: Almost completely built in Europe, with some parts supplied by
(then) GD, then assembled by Fokker in the Netherlands. Even the engines
were built under licence. Not much different from the Ft Worth production
line, which also had subcontractors for (major) sub-assemblies.
LM speaks of co-production btw:
