Can you clear customs at Nantucket? If not, is there anywhere close,
easy to get in/out, where we can clear customs?

There's customs at Hanscom (KBED).

There's also customs at New Bedford (KEWB).

But beware of the landing fees and high high fuel costs.

iow - KBED isn't friendly to aircraft owners and pilots.

I don't think so. Nantucket is not an Airport of Entry. I have seen
Customs agents at Bridgeport Connecticut (BDR) to meet an aircraft
though.
