I suppose it is actually useful to describe how to locate an english
aeronautical report.
btw the american NASA search engine is a far better resource since the
NACA reports have all been pdf'd and the pdf documents are already
online and can be downloaded. the yanks win hands down here!

the English records are in the national archive at Kew.

on the page is a search box. enter the query in the usual method and
hit the search arrow. Pou-du-ciel was what the librarian used for me.
this brings up a list. click the hyperlink on an interesting item.
on the summary page that comes up there is a 'request this' link right
at the top of the page (its easy to miss). navigate your way through a
request and you will find many optional outcomes that can be selected.
