Tanker? With missiles? AIUI, the tanker versions have the refueling stores
in pods on pylons under the wing. This may be an H-6M.

You're right, it's no tanker. The FR pods on the tanker version not only
look very different but are in a different location. I confess I just saw
something hanging off the wings and my imagination did the rest.
