People here might like to listen to a very interesting radio documentary I
heard yesterday.
It deals with the women of an all-female combat regiment of the Soviet Air
Force during WW2 and includes interviews with survivors, now in their 80s and
90s. It also covers briefly the pre-war period and how they fared after the
end of the war.
25 minutes of my life well spent.
