Thank you to the members of the Rules Committee for their hard work.
Reading the minutes gives you some understanding of the hard work and
countless hours that go into how the rules evolve around community
input. Win, lose or draw its a very good system. - John Seaborn

Thanks to all that work hard at sorting through the feedback and
working ideas/suggestions into rules.

Just a quick note that the SSA webs ite says the document is in PDF
form but when downloaded it is a MS Word document.
