Two years later?

Herbert Weiss died on 21 December 2007 during the GP in Omarama.

I have not heard or found any report of the probable cause. Does anyone
have facts?

The crash happened in New Zealand, If you looked on the New Zealand
CAA web site you would find...

I know exactly where the crash was - I have a photograph of the ridge
taken from the Southern Soaring Duo the day before.

I had looked but missed it - onset of senile dementia.
