Does not exist, per the SSA calendar. (Small box on September page)

But October 29th occurs twice, kinda like groundhog day. Guess it is
close as I'll get to time travel...

Maybe . . . "they" have decided to correct for all of those .002199
days seconds each year that leap year has missed over the last 2 1/2
centuries. October 30th has been eliminated and changed to a 2nd
29th.

Last time the calendar was altered, around 1750, they lost something
like 11 days, so we are getting off lucky this time.
