And since Aircraft are under the Domain of the Federal government,
crimes involving aircraft carry Felony convictions
instead of Misdemeanors.

Hope the Graffitti artists who deface aircraft know that their
unauthorized art potentially carries a prison term and huge fines
instead of a slap on the hand.
