Barnstormers is the prime site for aircraft sales of all kinds.
Thousands of offers each month.
You need to develop good search habits if you use that site however.

If your are interested in RV designs look here :
http://www.vansairforce.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=3. The
classified section has all sorts of Van's RV stuff for sale, mostly
tools and partially completed projects, but occasionally completed and
flying RVs are offered.

There are 8 RVs for sale on www.trade-a-plane.com right now. Another source
is www.controller.com It presently has 18 RVs for sale. Also look at
www.aso.com It presently has 36 RVs for sale.

Charlie,
Of course you probably noted I'm biased..... I only mentioned RVs. I'm
flying a very nice RV-9A and have the RV grin. But the above sites also
have many other experimental aircraft for sale. This is a good time to buy.
Prices are depressed. Not so good for a seller. Good luck on your search.

I thank you all for the imput.
I am searching for a friend who is interested in a used Avid Flyer type,
and they seem to be very scarce. That may be a compliment to the craft.
My friend may have to go to the new 'Avid-Airdale' site and get a kit.
Again, thanks. . . . charlie

Yes, there never seems to be many Avids around for sale, but in a
similar vein, the Kitfox is similar to the Avid and there seems to more
of those out there...

I'll sell you my G-III for a slightly exorbitant price...course
there's about 2500 hours worth of work left to do. Horizontal stab is
about ready to mount. Wing fixture is constructed and wing mounted in
it. Fuselage is nearly complete...which is the easy part.
