I may be missing something. That link takes me to the current Sports
Class Handicaps. There is no mention anywhere on that page or on the
SSA site in general, of proposed 2010 Sports Class Handicaps. Are
they simply not changing from last year?

The HP handicaps have already been changed. If your handicap has not
changed then it is probably the same as last year.
