Log file special: Microsoft Windows file sort order

This one has bugged the !@#$ out of me for a few years: in a folder
full of IGC files, sorting by "Name" would sort by ... something else.
Never could figure out what.

Nice catch Ted!... always wondered why... thanks for looking it up and
solving "the mistery" ;-)
