Or simply scroll tothe Caspian Sea and zoom in on the west coast until city
names appear.
Look for Kaspyisk and zoom in on that city.
The ekranoplan Lun (russian name) will quickly jump into view.

this was retrieved from google earth all I did was removed the question
marks in the latitude and longitude

Replace each question mark with zero and it will find a spot a few hundred
yards
south-south west of the machine in the picture.

It is another ekranoplan form. Named "Orlenok" I believe. They built several
including "Lun", "Spasatelx", and Orlenok. Three were actually put into
service but they weren't of the "Lun" class. Google ekranoplan - there are
quite a few sites with some good info on the Soviet's Wing In Ground Effect
planes....Some tech data also. There are a couple of good ones in Russian,
if you can read that....
