Comments on OLC????

Is it just me or are others having issues with reading comments on
OLC?

This has been happening to me for a while.

You will see, across from the comment box, a little circle with arrows
pointing down; click it, the arrows point up, and the comment is
visible.

I agree having the comments available at the outset would be
preferable.
