That's a weird one. It looks suspiciously like someone has been playing with

It's the Riout 120T Alerion ornithopter. This was the subject of a
recent thread in rec.aviation.military. French engineering. Doncha just
love it?

Thanks Peter. I might have known that Mr. Arndt brought this to light. Ho
does like the strange and offbeat.
