It's been in the back hanger for years, though not as polished as it looks

Sadly, I did not see it. The display has obviously been moved around in the
last 2 years as the aircraft are sitting in different positions as well.
Might have to rethink a re visit.

The bright finish must take a lot of elbow grease and Brasso. I don't know
if any sealant is used, but if not, the aluminium would form an oxide
coating in short order, necessitating the use of further copious quantities
of elbow grease and Brasso.
