Just got home from the show. They were kinda blown out thursday, Fri and a
bit on Sat. Sunday was great weather but of course a lot of people had to
get back home to be at the grind on Monday. The crowds were down as well as
the number of aircraft. We did however, have 5 experimental helicopters at
the Experimental Helo magazine booth. Also one of the Helicycle builders
had a little V8 engine that he made from scratch that he could start up and
people would sure crowd around to see it. One of the Helicycles put on a
flying display even in the winds that were in the high 20s with higher
gusts. Also several of the near ultralite class aircraft came in during the
gusty winds and didn't do any damage to the aircraft. I'm not sure if all
of the pilots got the seat cushion disconnect figured out tho..
