I have a fresh coat of Rainex on my windows, a new set of tools, a
full tuneup and fresh oil/filters all around. I'm headed out on my
eastbound journey today, the 21st and still have some hitch space
available after dropping off this ship in Florida.

Damn it's HOT in Florida!! Dropped off the beast of a glider/trailer
combo (a 2-32 on a somewhat poorly designed/constructed open trailer-
uggh... ) earlier today, 6/26, and I'm going to linger in the area for
a while and enjoy the scenery some. It's a good thing I've studied
the Road Warrior Hand Manual, cause it took several tricks from it to
make this trip work- like rewiring tailights, duct tape & ratchet
straps, bungees, sandbags (100lbs just to make it able to play nice
with it's friends on the road) on the tongue etc. I guess it sorta
makes sense it's trailer is so un-user friendly though, since for a
2-32 it's basically only used when they are sold to a new site or need
offsite repairs although it takes nearly as much effort to make a lame
trailer as a decent one, but I digress...

I still have a hitch available and it would sure be a shame to come
home empty... the east coast is at my fingertips and everywhere else
is potentially on my way home.

I'm planning on leaving the east coast shortly after the 4th, empty or
no- unless I have a reason to linger of course... (note- there's a
cheeeeap Discus B full-package on W&W located in Miami which I could
tow home for you...)
