SA-16 Float fueling

Does anyone remember how fuel was entered into SA-16 wing tip float fuel
tanks? My son recently saw an SA-16 in a museum and told me he didn't
believe those floats held fuel because he didn't see any filler caps.

I only ever got to refuel one once, and that was 34 years ago, but I think
the tips fill through the wings.
