AOPA offers insurance for $200/pa on a C150 doing 80 hrs/yr.
How much does a glider cost to insure?

If "pa" is "per annum", that sounds too cheap to insure the airplane, as
the policies are generally priced on the price you set for the value of
the airplane. Perhaps the $200 that is liability insurance for the
pilot? That's also a ballpark figure for glider pilot liability for a year.
The glider insurance will be priced on the value you set for the glider,
but is also very dependent on your hours, ratings, time in type and
model, accident history, and can easily vary from $500 to $5000.
