It looks like the BLM has a shapefile for all of the TFRs but they only
share it with "BLM members who are logged in".

Anyone know of another source for this information? (I'd also like to
hear why they're restricting access to this.)
Thank you.

Did you dig up
http://www.fs.fed.us/r6/fire/aviation/airspace/web/guide/Chapter06.pdf
?
I'm guessing the restriction is because BLM created the system to
allow its people to rapidly create firefighting TFRs. There may be a
liability issue associated with allowing people to access the
non-agency shapefiles -- loss of version control.

Close. I think I found an Oregon-specific copy of it. It helped me get
an idea of how the TFRs are generated.

'makes sense to me.
Any ideas on where to get the canonical version?
Thank you.
