What are the three different views called in the blue print of an aircraft?
I.E. the top view, profile view and the front view. I know there's a
specific name for each of the "three" views but I can't remember them.
Sorry for the dumb question, but this is bugging me. Thanks for any help!

I wasn't aware that the different sides of an orthographic drawing had
individual names other than the six of which you described three of. I'm
stumped on this one. RL

Aeronca (circa 1927 to 1951) called them Three-View drawings. There
are a few listed at
http://www.aeronca.com/dwgs/drawing_index.asp?SC=m&B1=Search&R1=Standard&R2=All
but none of the three-view drawings are available. But it does give
you an idea of the names of the drawings.
