CAMO and Part-M for dummies (Europe)

Finally, someone managed to explain what EASA's Part-M and CAMO is all
about, in a way that I can understand..
Maybe others can benefit from this description, too.
There are also some refreshingly direct comments about the DG Flugzeugbau
blackmail scheme.
