Is it feasible to add water to an ASW20 A that never had it? How
expensive? Were they all designed for it?

It's a project, but doable.

As far as I was aware, the 20 was produced with the water valves, dump
operating mechanism and the bags as a complete system from the factory.
The exit holes (and fill holes) are at the rear of the undercarriage
doors.
Check by taking the seat out and then the rear panel that covers the
wheel. You should see the valves and pipes in there. If not then its going
to be expensive!!
I am in the UK and I do have a complete system in a wrecked 20 :o(
