Thanks guys.
For once a ggogle search failed miserably and the email I sent to the
address above bounced with fatal errors. I've tried again.

Give them a call. They would be in the 419 area code, in a town called
Whitehouse OH. How do I know this? I grew up there. I am still trying to
picture where exactly they are located, however! :-)
