Computer based club accounting/scheduling/billing/pilot history.

We use QuickBooks for accounting & Billing
Our website for scheduling
We don't track pilot history, some things are best left unremembered

We also use Quickbooks (online version) for accounting and billing.
One of our members coded a simple-but-effective web-based flight log
(PHP, I believe) with a simple MySQL backend. We export data out of
it and into QB for billing. For scheduling we use an online tool
called "SignUp Genius". Its not perfect, but it works OK for gauging
interest and lining up CFIGs and Tow Pilots.
