SN10 Startup Question

I have an SN10 (non B model). A week ago I upgrade it to the latest
software, everything functioned fine after the upgrade.
Today (probably unrelated to the upgrade), when I power it up it goes to
a blank screen and stays there, no audio sound, and the 2 varios peg to
the down position. I reseated all the connectors, but no change.

Any ideas or does it need to go to the shop?

Dave is correct and steered me to ILEC for repair of the same problem
last month (replacement of the display screen, EU284) accomplished in
under a month round trip.
