You mean that it's not an original concept? LOL!

I don't know the name of the actor that plays Hitler but every time I
see one of those 20,000 other versions I can't help but be awed by the
amazing performance.

It's the Swiss actor Bruno Ganz (wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruno_Ganz), and
this is one of his best films IMHO.

I offered the same link on the German segelflug.de forum - with the
advice to turn down the dialog and concentrate on the subtitles - and
still got hate mail back. I even offered some translation advice,
for 'diapers' for example but alas, no cigar. Some of my German
friends can't be helped. Another indicator that I'm probably better
off here in the good ol US of A.
