I'm new to the OLC & have had several flights rejected. Reason given:
IGC-file cannot be read or has wrong format! Please send the file via
http://www.onlinecontest.org/olc-2.0/gliding/help.html
Error by parsing IGC-File; For input string: "u78"
Flights were downloaded from a 302 & attempted to upload to OLC using
SeeYou. Any suggestions pls?
Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,
Please include a link to the flight on the OLC.
What is the filename? It is common for people to accidentally upload the
wrong file. The filename should include the 302's serial number.
SeeYou no longer can do uploads to the OLC. I'm not sure why, but I don't
think it is Naviter's fault. I recommend uploading using the OLC web page.
Best Regards,

This is has been an issue in the past, especially with a 302 and using
SeeYou.
Best not to use SeeYou. This has been a long standing
bug in the Cambridge/SeeYou/OLC interface. Use only the Cambridge
utility, 3UTIQ257 if using an IPAQ product, or 3UTPC256 if using a
laptop,
to download the file from the 302 to your computer or IPAQ. Then you
may
upload the file to the OLC web site using the direct claim method.
Seems to
eliminate all the invalid file problems by removing SeeYou from the
process.
