I want to change the club that I have been using for my OLC flights, I
went to the help page and see there is a drop down for club change,
but it requires a flight URL and other info not relevant to just
changing the club. Anyone know the process for changing the club name?

Click on your name, there is a small pull down menu, choose "My
Settings" and you should be able to change your club affiliation.

Brad,

login on the OLC site. After login, there is a dropdown list next to
your ID, with a selection 'My settings". When you choose this, you can
change the club name permanently.

the club is a new club and is not listed in the drop down
list...............I need to get it added to the list so I can choose
it.

http://www.onlinecontest.org/olc-2.0/gliding/help.html

goto 3. OLC help request

Choose <administrative request> / add club

and enter your data, no flight url needed for that.

An along the same lane - how does one add a new homesite for an
existing gliderclub? Currently we have to state a position more than
10 km north of our actual grass-strip.

(Sending them an email doesn't work.)

Yours

Poul,

the OLC peolpe are known to be not very responsive to E-Mail requests.
The reason for that (not very user-friendly) behaviour is beyond my
knowledge.

You could try to use the function "add airfield" in the same mentioned
administrative area. There you can state the exact lat/long position of
your airfield.

Good Luck,
