Hey, I'm thinking of starting one of these. My question is I'm 6'4"
Will I fit okay?

You should be able to fit. Have you tried to call Nick or Roger at
Zenith? Roger is close to 6' if not over if I remember correctly. I'm
sure you'll have to adjust the rudder pedals when building.
Good luck if you decide on this project. I'm also building a 601 XL
and am enjoying it. Check out the Matronics list for Zenith builders,
there's a ton of good information on there.

I am 6ft. and fit fine. My buddy flies mine and he is 6'3" and has not
said anything about it being to small.

I'm 6'2" and fit in the Zodiac HD with no problem. I think the XL's
cabin is an inch or two longer than the HD so you should be fine.
Rudder pedal adjustments and seat cushion thickness will let just about
anybody fit in there comfortably.

The seating is compact. You sit knees high, butt low; your knees are
hanging over the spar carrythrough. Just because the canopy doesn't
hit your head doesn't mean you'll like it. The canopy comes down
pretty close to the side of your head on your left side.
Find a way to sit in one before you decide (go to the factory). If
you're a big guy, think about tandem seating or an side by sit plane
that will allow you to sit in the middle when you fly solo. I've
found it uncomfortable having to rub shoulders with the other occupant
while you sweat in the sun under the canopy during taxi.
