I am going to be in New York City next week and would like to take a trip
down the Hudson River corridor. Can anyone reccomend a FBO to go to in the
area to rent a plane and CFI?
Thanks!

Just about any flight school in the NYC area will give you a hudson trip,
it's quite a common request. If you want to stay in the city, you can get a
short helicopter trip (like 15 minutes), there's a tour running at one of
the helipads on the west side (near the aircraft carrier, if memory serves).

But I assume you want actual stick time. The closest are probably (in no
particular order): teterboro, linden, white plains, caldwell, morristown,
and lincoln park. Got to airnav (www.airnav.com) and do a search for
airports, from there you can find links to the various flight schools.
