Any thoughts on "Nibblers. Pneumatic Vs Electric?
Does anyone have experience with the electric Rodman Sheet-metal Cutting
head? Said to cut mild steel, 16 gage.

I can't speak to the pneumatic vs. electric question but. . .
After using a pneumatic one time, I got rid of it. The "shavings" are
little, razor sharp, half-moons of metal which dig into your shoe soles and
travel with you. They then fall out on rugs, bathroom floors, and anywhere
you will later walk in your bare feet.

Alternatives to power nibbler...
For Al a router with carbide bit and manual Adel nibbler for corners
is pretty fast. For steel, an electric shear (cuts a strip about
3/16 wide so there is some waste) works well. Looks like an electric
drill with a funky cutting head on it. Can cut the corners with a jig saw.

I have one (Ingersol Rand) that is air powered. There is a ball
bearing on an eccentric that pushes the cutter up and down. leaves a
nice edge and works even when I have the metal masked off. You do
have to be careful as it's a tad faster than you expect at first.
<:-)) No good for inside corners, but otherwise works great. I run
90 psi to the tool.
