Fine. Let's hope he isn't one
for the sake of the good people of Goleta
and Santa Barbara, who would prefer not to
have pieces of burning aircraft wreckage
raining down on us while we enjoy our
afternoon tea.

Riding a bicycle is a right not a privilege.
