Brake handle/control stick/ski pole grips

Hi folks,
I need to replace the spoiler handle grip on an LS 4. It´s the old
style ski pole grip like the ones used on many german gliders. Does
anybody know where to get them?

When I needed one, I went to a second hand store and found a number of
used ski/trekking poles. Picked a grip I was content with and got a
spare and some aluminum tubing all for a couple of bucks.
