SSA Office Phones and E-mail

The SSA Office is currently communications difficult as their phones
are having qualify issues and the e-mail server is unreachable. They
have a call out to their services provider. You may want to hold off
on any calls or e-mails to the office for now.

Phones are back (with a bit of static at the office end). The e-mail
server is back on line.
