I stopped supporting OLC when they made some silly rule changes last year and would not listen to feedback. When I was asked to renew my support, I replied that I will once they will at least reply to my feedback. I am still waiting...
I also did not receive a reply why only registered users can view the google map option. It used to be that it was available to all, so you could share your flight with non pilots who can only understand it on google map, but no more.
Feedback on RAS wouldn't do either, since neither OLC nor SSA-OLC are paying any attention to RAS.

The old Cambridge loggers are secure hardware, maybe the encryption is
nor modern to today's standard - but heck these guys invented the
flight logger! I do not understand how the OLC are willing to
accept .igc files from open source software like XC Soar or other PDA/
Android systems that are much easier to hack, these software programs
are promoted as easily modifiable.

I wonder if there is not just some lingering anti-american sentiment
at the OLC?
The few email messages that i've had in the past with the OLC give me
the impression that they are stern, and narrow minded and not open to
suggestions or input from others.

They are providing a free system. Their prime directive is simplicity. The rules are built to support that model.

Has anyone read their terms and conditions which you all accepted when you joined? It might help some of you cope better.

I think they are doing a fantastic job. There are always people who are not happy about something. It is impossible to make everyone happy even if you have unlimited funding which they clearly do not.
