Good price for a low time, 2 place motor glider, $25.5K plus shipping
of course.
But only 28 to 1. Why so low?

Based on the published specs, I'd hazard a guess that that's what you
get when you hang a 2-place fuselage from 15.4 meters (50.5 feet) of
wingspan.

Also looking at the published specs, 215kg (473 lbs) isn't much mass
for a two-seater with engine. That will help keep the sink rate down,
but doesn't allow for much crash protection.
