These are good places to look, but they don't have what the plans call for.
Maybe someone can point me in the direction of finding rectangular steel tubing.
Not square. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 1/2"x 1-1/2"

Try Dillsburg Aeroplane Works. See the back of Sport Aviation or
a Google.

Send three first class stamps and a separate
self-addressed-stamped-envelope to:
Dillsburg Aeroplane Works
114 SAWMILL ROAD
DILLSBURG PA 17019
phone/fax 717-432-4589
Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm

Request a current catalog.
They sell a huge amount of tubing and are very competitive -
consistently below the vendors you mentioned. They also stock AN
hardware.
Fly right.

Thank you everyone, Dillsburg had everything, but I also came across a
place in St. Louis called Shapiro's. They have the best selection so
far with an online cataloge ( www.shapirosupply.com ) and will also
send me a real cataloge. Not bad on the prices either. I have been
looking for a month now. Thanks again
