I though all "G" models had a chin turret.

This plane was USAAC/USAF and landed in Sweden during the war. It was then
taken over by the civilian airline that evolved into SAS as a passenger
plane. Then the RDAF aquired it for primarily mapping of Greenland.
Therefore there's no armament at all in this plane, but there was
originally.

not all.
atleast 8 Gs were configured as VB_17G executive tranports
for General officers..
so turrets at all.
