Ok, guys, last year was the centennial of flight. All the publishing companies
made new print runs of old books and released a few new ones. Now that we're into
the new year, these are hitting the remainders outlets. Here's a sample.
1. Unlocking the Sky: Glenn Hammond Curtiss and the Race to Invent the Airplane.
$6.95
2. Flight of Passage $5.95
3. To Conquer the Air: The Wright Brothers and the Great Race for Flight. $6.95
Prices are those at Edward R. Hamilton, Bookseller. Shipping is $3.50 per order if
you order from the catalog; higher from the web.
He also has a book about the "Kee Bird" (the B-29 that burned during an abortave
salvage attempt), but I'm not buying that one.

Great discoveries are not announced with "Eureka!". What's usually said is
"Hummmmm... That's interesting...."
