Canopy gas spring LS4, USA

Our club's LS4 canopy gas spring is getting weak. The information on the body is long since faded.
The Maintenance Manual does not mention the "specs".
Anybody out there with the information we need to replace it?

Talk to Chris Klix at Pacific Aerosport. He got me an original replacement for my LS1f (with no service contract!) for around $40.
