8165, 8167: Smile High Club. I looked them up, but still couldn't figure out what they're all about. I do like their little plane, though.

Confusing, as you note.

The FAA list the owner as:

While the 'smiley' tail logo is very, very similar to that of the UK's
Thomson Airways, itself owned by the German TUI AG group.
