blanik cracks

One of our super blaniks has a crack in the bottom forward vertical stabilizer panel. I've looked the at the diagrams and inspected it from inside and I only think It's for aerodynamic and appearence purposes. On single engine recip Pipers it's made of plastic. I am having a hard time coming up with information on this and need to know what I'm dealing with.

You should have a service and repair manual. If not, you can ask
Blanik America for a copy. The Blanik manuals tend to be extremely
detailed and well written

If the panel is made of royalite or ABS plastic, and held on with
widely spaced screws then you may assume it is non structural and
repair/replace it as a non structural fairing per part 43. Even non
structural parts need repair!

I don't recall the part in question, but I doubt if it is anything
like the Piper example you mention. Even if it is, then by definition
it should not be taking load. There is a forward drag spar per a 3
view I saw, it is possible you have internal damage in that area.

aerodynehave the manuals,they are what you say. Obviously then the right thing to is call Blanik. Thanks.
