Yesterday and today, I've been unable to connect to tfr.faa.gov, even
though I've used it for years. Has anyone else had problems?

My ISP is Frontier, which has had problems before. Who is yours?

Route to server appears okay with reasonable latency, so not likely a DDOS attack. DNS record for the subdomain tfr at faa.gov appears intact, so the web server process is probably broken or the permissions have been buggered. More likely the former.
