When stating the type of aircraft (Beech V35) to ATC, do I call it a
"BE 35" or "Bravo Echo 35?"

Most frequently stated and accepted by ATC as "Beech thirty-five" or "Beech
three five"

"Bonanza 35" works equally as well, since the controller is going to be
calling you "Bonanza" anyway. Hey, you dropped a good chunk of change
for those ruddervators - you may as well mention you're flying a Bo at
every chance you get!
