Would appreciate the opportunity to purchase Winning on the Wind. Any condition is acceptable as this is for reading and not collecting.
Just email first name at last name dot org.
Thank you,

If you don't find it here you could ask your local library to find it
on inter-library loan.
They will search the country for it and only charge you a small
transport fee.
Then you get 3 weeks to read it.

Winning was mostly duplicated and expanded in Winning II.

Thank you for the helpful replies and emails. I have found a copy through RAS.
This book is often referenced as full of aircraft specific commentary on older aircraft that tend to be first purchases. That information was not carried over in Winning II. Maybe the value of that section has been over-inflated. However if it has not been, it sure would be nice to find in a PDF since Mr. Moffat removed it from the latest version.

Buddy,
The copy I'm putting in the mail for you today is the original 1974 edition and has the descriptions of older "first purchase" gliders.

Buddy,
FYI, most of, if not all of the early sailplane info found in 'Winning On The Wind', I think, were originally articles in Soaring magazine, and can be accessed through the search function of the Soaring mag archives.

Derek Piggott, the renowned British glider instructor, has a long chapter in his book "Gliding Safety" about "What Should I Buy?" Extensive flight reviews, photos and illustrations of sailplanes to consider. Book is still in print. I highly recommend the other chapters, especially those directed to flight instructors with his "how to teach" tips.
