What's the approximate weight (in kg) of 1 liter of Jet-A?

The specification shows a range of 775 - 844 kg/cu m. at 15 deg. C. It's
typically around 795.

6.84 lbs per US gallon.

Do the conversion to liter and then lbs to Kg and you got it.

Yoiu can find coversion charts on Google.
