The shape of the vertical stabilizer is different...? Taller? Rudder,
too...

Is that you, Bob?
I can't make it to Skagit, August 17. Can you, or a designated photographer
cover it for us?
I think Heritage from Bellingham is coming (and moving) down there too. Air
shows are
getting scarce around here.

Looks like the Skagit Fly-in is scheduled for Sept 7...

If you can get to Paine Field, there is quite a bit going on there
between the Flying Heritage Collection and the Historic Flight
Foundation.

The FHC just acquired an honest-to-gosh original German-built V-2
rocket. ~That~ should make for an interesting fly day... ;^}

Cascade Warbirds are gathering at Boeing Field this Saturday, planning
to get to that (bridges withstanding). Heritage says they're sending
their Skyraider. Much of the rest depends on my finding a ride with a
friend, and that isn't set yet.

If I could wake up, I should at least tweak some pictures from years
past to post here.

If you can make it to Paso Robles, CA on October 5, there is "Warbirds
Over Paso". They put on a great show last year, and I expect a repeat
this year.

A Pair of last year's 'birds.
