Apparently the names came from another source; the station called the
NTSB for verification; and somebody there verified it without taking
the trouble to check it out. An intern got the blame, but then they
usually do.

AP just announced that Asiana is suing the TV station. It might have
been smarter on their part to read up on the Streisand effect first...
